At JP Mathematics, we prioritize safety, convenience, and a seamless payment experience for our clients. Our payment policy ensures that you can focus on your learning while we take care of the rest.
Payment Options
At JP Mathematics, we offer flexible payment options to suit your tutoring needs. You can choose to "pay as you go," paying for each session individually, or opt for a 10-hour tutoring package which provides a discounted rate of $50 for a block of tutoring sessions. For the 10-hour package, we also offer convenient payment plans, allowing you to spread the cost over multiple instalments, making it easier to manage your budget while still getting the support you need. With these options, you can select the approach that best fits your schedule and financial situation.
Payment Schedule
All payments must be made in advance, prior to the scheduled tutoring session. Lessons will not proceed until payment is completed.
Cancellation Fees and Refunds
If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice, the applicable cancellation fee (50% of the session cost) will be charged to your card as per our cancellation policy. Refunds for prepaid sessions or incorrect charges will be processed promptly, typically within 7-10 business days after the refund request is approved.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe there has been an error with a payment or if you would like to discuss a charge, please contact us within seven days of the payment date to resolve the issue.
Updating Payment Information
It is the client’s responsibility to provide up-to-date payment information. If your card details change, please notify us before your next scheduled session to avoid payment interruptions.
